Year one showcased their amazing expressive paintings to their grown ups this week. After learning how to mix different colours, how to use a variety of tools to apply paint and how to create different marks on paper using paint, the children produced their own expressive paintings. We then turned the year one corridor into an art gallery, which everyone enjoyed visiting on Monday. 

We also taught the grown ups who came along how to create continuous line drawings and turned these into amazing collages.
