  • Choir – The Fremingtones

    A huge well done to everyone who made our most recent joint concert with the Barnstaple Male Voice Choir and the Fremingtones a huge success. We had an excellent turn-out at St Peter’s church, and the audience thoroughly enjoyed hearing some fun toe-tapping sing-along numbers, and some amazing solo performances too. Well done one and all!

  • Year 5 Eden Project

    Year 5 had an awesome day at the Eden Project. We explored both the tropical and Mediterranean biomes throughout the day. We collected data about the sizes of the leaves and measured the temperature and humidity at different locations within the biomes. We then thought about how global warming would impact the growth of the plants in both climates. Some of us also braved the rope bridge up in the canopy walk! What a tiring, but amazing day!

    On Wedneday Year 2 went to Tarka Tennis. We joined in with a round robin of tennis activities and practised our tennis skills. The children really enjoyed themselves and got stuck in to all the activities. A great morning had by all!!
